The post listed Simons at $6 million and LeBron at $4 million, then compared that total to Quentin Grimes reportedly getting $15 million per year from the Lakers.
The Simons part of the argument is about role and price. The fan view is that his shooting fits the roster cleanly, especially as a scoring guard off the bench who can heat up for 30 or 40 points on the right night. At that number, the thread called him one of the most underrated moves of the offseason.
The LeBron line is less complicated. If he is on that kind of deal, the value case writes itself.
