Julian Champagnie

Champagnie is an American wing who has developed into a core rotation player for the San Antonio Spurs after going undrafted in 2022. He began his career on a two-way contract with the Philadelphia 76ers before establishing himself as a prolific three-point shooter and defensive contributor in San Antonio.

Born Julian Kymani Champagnie on June 29, 2001, in Staten Island, New York, he grew up in Brooklyn and attended Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School, where he played alongside his twin brother Justin. As a junior, he averaged 15 points and earned Third Team All-CHSAA honors. As a senior, he averaged 17.2 points and was named First Team All-CHSAA.

At St. John's, Champagnie was a two-time first-team All-Big East selection and led the conference in scoring in 2021. After going undrafted in 2022, he signed a two-way contract with the Philadelphia 76ers. The Spurs claimed him off waivers in February 2023 and signed him to a standard multi-year contract. He established himself as a core piece of the rotation and set the Spurs single-season franchise record for made three-pointers during the 2025-26 regular season. He helped San Antonio reach the 2026 NBA Finals.
