Nikola Jokic remains the league's busiest offensive hub.
According to NBA.com touches data shared on Reddit, Jokic led the NBA at 100.2 touches per game in the 2025-26 regular season. Tyrese Maxey followed at 95.3, Josh Giddey was third at 94.1, Jalen Brunson fourth at 91.3 and Jalen Johnson fifth at 89.2.
The streak is the cleaner hook. Jokic has now finished first in touches per game for eight straight seasons. Before that run began, Russell Westbrook held the top spot.
Cade Cunningham and Luka Doncic sat just outside the top five, at 88.9 and 87.8 touches per game. Doncic's peak came in 2023-24 with Dallas, when he ranked second behind Jokic. Since the move to Los Angeles, his touches have fallen to their lowest level since his rookie season.
Time of possession told a different story. Brunson led that list at 8.0 minutes per game, ahead of Doncic at 7.5 and Cunningham at 7.2. That gap is what makes Jokic unusual: he gets the ball constantly, but he does not hold it forever.
For Denver, that is the system. Jokic touches almost everything, makes quick decisions, and keeps the offense moving through him without turning every trip into a one-man dribble possession.
