Josh Hart criticized the soaring resale prices for Game 3 of the NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden, saying many longtime Knicks fans have been priced out of the team's return home.
"I wish the ticket prices weren't as crazy as they are," Hart told reporters Sunday. "A lot of people who have been waiting for this moment for a very long time unfortunately aren't able to get into the building. $7K, $8K is ridiculous."
The market has moved throughout the weekend, but the cheapest available seats have repeatedly been listed in the thousands of dollars. Game 3 will be the first NBA Finals game played at MSG since 1999.
New York returns to the Garden with a 2-0 series lead over San Antonio. Monday's game is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. ET.
