Hunter Tyson

Tyson is a sharpshooting forward whose combination of size, shooting range, and off-ball movement made him a second-round pick and a developmental project for the Denver Nuggets. Born in the United States, he attended Clemson, where he averaged 15.5 points and shot 40.5 percent from three. Selected 37th overall by Oklahoma City in 2023 and traded to Denver, his role is as a floor-spacer and shooter.

At Clemson, Tyson developed into one of the best shooters in the ACC. He averaged over 15 points in his final collegiate season and was named first-team All-ACC. His size and shooting made him an intriguing prospect for the modern NBA. He declared for the 2023 draft and was selected by Oklahoma City, then traded to Denver.
