Giannis Antetokounmpo

Giannis Antetokounmpo is a Greek professional basketball player who plays as a forward for the Milwaukee Bucks. Born on December 6, 1994, in Athens, Greece, to Nigerian immigrants, Giannis grew up in poverty before being discovered by scouts. The Milwaukee Bucks selected him 15th overall in 2013.

Giannis developed from a raw prospect into a generational talent. He won MVP in 2019 and 2020, and led Milwaukee to the 2021 NBA championship, winning Finals MVP. His combination of size, speed, and skill is unprecedented.
